About Barclay Engineering

We are a forged and machined products manufacturer, locally owned and operated for sixty years.

We give our customers something they can’t get offshore. What’s more they know they don’t have to compromise on turnaround times and can rest assured that the quality of product we produce far exceeds what’s being imported.

Our founder, Arthur Barclay started operations in the 1950s manufacturing camping stretches and chairs and expanded into forging work and other complex engineering processes. Arthur worked for fifty years, bringing a depth of experience and a keen eye for detail to every job.

His right-hand man Don Morgan joined the team and over thirty years together Barclay established itself a reputation for quality and a deep understanding of manufacturing and production.

Today, not much has changed in that regard. Although Arthur and Don are retired, you’ll still be greeted by someone you can ask for by name and our commitment to providing our clients with solutions has never wavered.

As a locally run organization, we give our customers something they can’t get offshore. What’s more they know they don’t have to compromise on turnaround times and can rest assured that the quality of product we produce far exceeds what’s being imported.
